C. Christoffersen in Skien

TGN Energy is proud to announce a recent collaboration with C. Christoffersen in Skien, a leading player in their industry.

Through this partnership, they have taken significant steps to accelerate the transition to renewable energy. This includes not only the installation of renewable energy production but also the expansion of charging facilities for electric vehicles for both customers and employees.

Additionally, they have implemented geothermal heating and an advanced battery energy storage system provided by TGN.

A central part of this energy system is TGN Flexcontrol, our innovative smart grid controller. This system not only provides optimal control and regulation of energy production from solar panels but can also adjust the solar panel production up and down as needed. This ensures an efficient and balanced energy supply. TGN Flexcontrol also manages battery control and participation in reserve power markets, as well as optimizing the operation of the geothermal heating system.

The integration of TGN Aggregate, at the forefront of Virtual Power Plants (VPP) development, is another key factor in our collaboration. TGN Aggregate serves as an enabler for frequency markets, contributing to a more robust and efficient energy system.

Our joint effort with C. Christoffersen marks a significant step toward a more sustainable future. With their commitment and our technology, we are moving together towards a greener, smarter energy solution. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and contributing to innovative solutions in the energy industry.
